This page is an indicative menu of SuperStore features and pricing, not a binding offer. Every SuperStore profile is independently validated, and a specific, tailored offer is issued to each applicant before any payment is collected. SuperPrinters may, at its sole discretion, offer any SuperStore profile at a reduced price or at zero cost.

SuperStore pricing is quoted per month for clarity, but is billed upfront for an annual or half-yearly term, not on a recurring monthly cycle. Every SuperStore subscription includes a complimentary 30-day period from activation. The paid subscription term (as stated in your quotation) begins only once that complimentary period ends, and is billed in full, upfront, at the time the quotation is accepted. All fees are billed exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR) to customers in India. Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable in addition to the listed fee, at the rate prevailing under Indian law at the time of invoicing. Figures shown on this page are indicative ranges only — your invoice will state the exact INR amount payable.

Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. SuperPrinters does not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials.

Every SuperStore subscription includes a complimentary 30-day period from activation and carries no charge. The full fee for your paid term is collected upfront, at the time your quotation is accepted, and is non-refundable, in full or in part — except where SuperPrinters itself fails to activate the paid SuperStore features within a reasonable period after payment is confirmed, and receives written notice of the failure at founder@superprinters.in. In that specific case only, SuperPrinters will refund the amount paid for the affected period, or provide the promised access, at its sole discretion. No refund is due on account of a change of mind; dissatisfaction with lead volume, enquiry quality, or business outcomes; a customer’s own failure to use the platform or its features; or termination of an account for breach of these terms. SuperPrinters does not offer partial refunds for early cancellation of an annual or half-yearly term.

SuperStore fees pay for placement, tools, and access — not for a guaranteed number of leads, enquiries, sales, or any specific business outcome. SuperPrinters makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the volume or quality of leads, enquiries, or business a SuperStore profile will generate.

Product recommendations, comparisons, and answers generated by SuperPrinters’ AI chat are provided for informational purposes only. They are generated using available product data, web search, and, where applicable, guidance verified by the relevant brand — but SuperPrinters does not guarantee that any AI-generated answer is complete, current, or free of error. You must independently verify specifications, pricing, availability, and suitability directly with the relevant seller before making any purchasing decision. SuperPrinters is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

SuperPrinters is a discovery and marketplace platform. Product listings, specifications, pricing, catalogue information, reviews, and testimonials are submitted by the respective sellers, brands, or reviewers, and are not independently verified by SuperPrinters unless expressly marked as verified. SuperPrinters is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, any transaction, negotiation, delivery, payment, warranty, or dispute between a buyer and a seller connected through the platform. Any such dispute is solely between the buyer and the seller.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperPrinters Pvt Ltd’s total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, any SuperStore subscription, or these terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount actually paid by you to SuperPrinters in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Where SuperPrinters is required to compensate you for any reason relating to an active, paid SuperStore term, the maximum amount payable is the unused, unconsumed portion of the fee paid for that term — calculated by deducting a fair charge for the period already elapsed and services already rendered — and in no case exceeds the amount actually paid to SuperPrinters in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event shall SuperPrinters be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuperPrinters Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

SuperPrinters may suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, or misuse of the platform. No refund is due on termination for cause.

SuperPrinters may revise this rate card, its features, or this policy at any time. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect an already-active, paid subscription period.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. SuperPrinters may, at its option, refer any dispute to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Mumbai and conducted in English by a sole arbitrator. Subject to the liability cap above, any dispute not so referred is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra. Any claim is limited strictly to the return of the amount actually paid, with no liability for consequential, indirect, or incidental loss of any kind.
